Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal plant machinery and equipment performance.
• Oversee scheduled preventative maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and effective resource allocation.
• Develop and lead safety standards and protocols across all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to support efficient operations and high-quality output.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and servicing for accurate reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience our client is looking for:

• Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter or similar, with extensive experience in maintenance management.
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within the food industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on operational excellence.
