Replenishment Planner – Food Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-time

Our client, a leading Australian food manufacturer owned by a global parent company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Replenishment Planner to join their supply chain team.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing the replenishment of finished goods, working with key clients including Coles and Woolworths. Working closely with procurement, production, your goal is to maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth fulfilment of end client requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage replenishment across a portfolio of products 
  • Generate purchase orders based on forecasts, lead times, and safety stock parameters
  • Work with vendors to confirm order timelines and delivery accuracy
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and reduce excess or aged stock
  • Review and maintain planning parameters in the ERP system
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, warehousing, and production teams to align supply with operational needs
  • Identify and escalate potential supply risks and support resolution
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years’ experience in supply or inventory planning, preferably within food, beverage, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with data sets for planning and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers and internal teams
  • Experience working with perishable or high-turnover goods is highly regarded
