Our client, a respected national brand with a strong market presence, is experiencing continued growth and seeking an up-and-coming Warehouse Manager to take ownership of their Victorian operations across 3 strategically located sites (all within 5km).
This is a newly created role reporting directly to the National Warehouse Manager - a clear indicator of business growth and your potential for progression within a stable, well-established organisation.

You'll step into a leadership position overseeing 60+ staff (including supervisors, team leaders, and agency personnel) across three internal warehouse facilities. While good foundations exist - including RF scanning and WMS systems - you'll have the autonomy to drive consistency, elevate standards, and shape operations your way.

You'll step into a leadership position overseeing 60+ staff (including supervisors, team leaders, and agency personnel) across three internal warehouse facilities. What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily operations across 3 Victorian warehouse sites
- Manage supervisors and team leaders to ensure operational excellence
- Drive consistency in processes, productivity, and performance standards
- Engage and develop your team through strong, people-focused leadership
- Collaborate with the National Warehouse Manager on continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee internal warehouse operations
- Proven multi-site or large-scale warehouse management experience
- Agile and adaptable - comfortable rolling up your sleeves while providing strategic direction
- Engaging leadership style - someone who inspires teams and builds strong relationships
- Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems
- Strong operational acumen with a continuous improvement mindset
