Logistics Coordinator

Job description


Our client is an Australian food manufacturer, and they are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team, this role will play a vital role in coordinating global logistics and ensuring smooth logistics and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with 3PL suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective transport
  • Manage export documentation
  • Maintain close communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to streamline processes
  • Provide high level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
About You
  • Background in supply chain and logistics, and ideally shipping or export operations
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and documentation (ideal but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
